We offer an industry-leading guarantee exclusively for air conditioner installations performed by The License to Chill. If your air conditioner, installed by our certified technicians, is found to be defective (“lemon”) and we are unable to rectify the issue after three attempts, we will not only honor the manufacturer’s 5-year warranty but will also replace the defective unit with a new one at no additional cost to you. Additionally, we will provide a $200 gift card as an apology for the inconvenience. This guarantee is strictly limited to installations performed by The License to Chill and is conditional upon the air conditioner unit being serviced and maintained by The License to Chill technicians following the installation. The guarantee does not apply to units that have been installed by any third party, nor does it cover units that have been worked on, serviced, or modified by any third party post-installation. The guarantee is void if any such third-party intervention is detected post-installation. This guarantee is subject to additional terms and conditions, which are available upon request.
